Appointments:
Please call (02) 8840 9938 to make an appointment to see Dr Ke Huang at any of his clinic locations. Dr Huang is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Practice locations are: Parramatta, Penrith and Bella Vista.
Your General Practitioner (GP) will have provided you with a referral letter addressed to Dr Huang. This referral letter must be dated prior to/on the day of your appointment with Dr Huang in order for you to claim a medicare rebate (if eligible).
Please bring your Medicare Card, GP Referral Letter and any Scans/X-rays of the area of concern.
The consultation fee is payable on the day and we are able to process your Medicare claim on-site (if eligible).
Credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and EFTPOS facilities are available on-site.
Worker's Compensation Patients:
Pre-approval for the consultation is required for all Worker's compensation patients, otherwise you will be liable for the consultation fee. Please ask your Worker's compensation case manager to fax the approval for the consultation to (02) 8677 3836 prior to your appointment date. A referral letter from your General Practitioner will also be required. Please also bring any Scans/X-rays of the area of concern.
Dr Huang will then write the consultation letter to your General Practitioner and Workcover Insurer (with your permission).
