Compulsory Third Party (CTP):

Dr Huang does not see patients who are under Compulsory Third Party for the express purpose of completing medical examinations and reports for medicolegal cases. We recommend you see an Independent Medical Examiner for this purpose.

However, Dr Huang is happy to see patients for the assessment and management of their symptoms and injuries.

Please note that regular consultation fees apply. A receipt for the consultation will be provided. No medicare rebate is able to be claimed for compulsory third party/workers compensation consultations.

Should surgery be required, then approval for surgery can be sought from your insurer and should approval be granted (that the insurer will cover the costs of surgery), surgery can proceed. Should your claim be denied you will have the right to proceed with surgery if required as a public or private patient under the medicare/private health insurance system.

To make an appointment with Dr Ke Huang, please call our office on (02) 8840 9938.

Please bring your GP referral letter, any X-rays/scans relevant to your injury, medicare card, age pension card (if applicable), insurance company details. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer outlining the above. Please note, no information will be divulged to any third party without your written authorisation.
